Here is my third model. It isn't as good as i hoped, but better than my last 2, as i brush painted the bodies on those and sprayed this one.
It is the Revell version, which i think wasn't particularly well made. Alot of the pieces had a very poor fit but there was quite alot of detail.
Also i learnt alot of lessons and should be able to make better kits in the future.

That was quick!! Thanks guys.

Here is a pic of the interior (which was the most enjoyable part of making the kit).

And another pic from behind. The lights are too small so not easy to fit in place.

You don't need to worry about all of Revell's kits being that bad. That particular kit was a mistake from Revell of Germany that was rushed into production. Most Revell kits have fair to excellent detail and good accuracy, with only minor fit problems. It usually depends on the age of the source tooling (mid 60's Revell kits have the worst fit, but some of the best detail) but with a bit of patience and making sure that your Exacto and Flexi-Files are close at hand a Revell can go together with ease.

It depends on the model... The 2002 Camaro SS Anniversayr Edition had the worst(I mean worst) body and radiator fit I have ever seen. However their 2001 Daytona C5-R was a dream kit. Everything went together perfectly. So it is more of a hit and miss with their kits. So I advise you to check the Kit Reviews (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=169216) to see if the model you want to make has had some type of review. If it isnt in there search for it and see if anyone says anything about the kit.

Nicely built!

I really don't know why this kit has such a bad reputation for poor fit.
The chrome trees in my two kits were 'ok' too.
My only complaints are the interior pattern and the 'way' wide tires.
:p
