I heard mineral spirirts are good for thinning enamels. Would this work? What would I use to clean out the airbrush after using enamels in it?

Go to your hardware store near you
I gol 1 Gallon (4L) Enamel Thinner for 3$. this isn't the most expensive thing you will have to get for airbrush:D

Why are you using enamels?
What do you use to paint your car? I like using enamels cause it helps to give a nice shine. When you use others, it's hard to get a really great shine.

Acrylic Urethanes and Acrylic-Lacquers. I hate enamels, the cure time is infinite, they are non durable, etc. Acrylic Urethanes are by far the most durable paint, and are becoming very popular. Acrylic Lacquers have a wide range of products, from primers, to clears, from base, to chameleon.
