Hey all Ive been to tech n car ... and heres is wat harvey suggested i should do ... He told me to change spark plugs ... gaps dont matter just normal gapping ... he told me to get ngks but the mechanic i went to to get my sparks fitted only had 'denso's? well any way ... got new plugs now for all fitted 80 bucks ... and he said change fuel filter... clean injectors and change filter.. and he thought the afm reading was low ... i dont know wat that mean ... can any one translate that in to newbie language ? :p ... so except for the plugs Im leaving everything else for harvey to do ... If I do this can I expect ANY power gains ? he thought the low end torque was not too bad but couldnt show him the high end flat spot though ... too much traffic
:D so wat does low afm reading mean ? thx for all the helps thx all

The AFM senses the airflow at your air intake which is fed to your ECU. You ECU will then send a signal to your fuel injectors on how much fuel to inject. More airflow=more fuel.

If everything else is ok and your AFM is reading low, I suppose there is a problem with the AFM! It could be dirty. What air filter are you using? Some aftermarket filters with oil (like HKS Power Flow or K&N) may leave some oil on the AFM causing it to read incorrectly. Take it out and clean it using clean fine cloth.
