Wtf! Fuses?

Well I just installed a brand new alternator in my car, and everything works great! The only thing I've noticed is that my power locks/windows and the airconitioner don't work until I floor it in 1st gear! Wtf! Once I hit WOT for a few seconds in 1st gear, I get my a/c and power windows/locks back for good, that is until I turn the car off. Also, my interior lights (the ones that are supposed to come on when a one of the doors are opened) don't work! AND my keyless entry/alarm doesn't work either! It's not the stock keyless/alarm, it's a Viper. When I try to arm it, it beeps just like it should, but the doors don't lock!
I'm thinking it could be a fuse or something, but I'm completely lost as to where it could be! Oh and one more thing, what is the code for the stock head unit that you have to put in once you disconnect the battery? Thanks! :)

it doesn't sound like a fuse problem at all....it sounds more like a ground problem.....I'm not exactly sure where but my guess is to start from your ACC switch.....did the problem start only after you installed the new alt??? just use the basic troubleshooting steps, you're probably looking past the problem.....

Haha, I fixed it! I didn't look close enough at the fuses in the fusebox under the hood! The alternator fuse was blown to hell and back. I went to autozone and got a new 100 amp fuse and voila, problem solved! Amazing how a $2.00 part fixes so many problems :)
