1997 Blazer sqeaks loudly when driving ????

I just purchased a used 1997 Blazer w/ 93,000 miles. All was good until I started hearing very loud squeaking when I drove. If I touch the brakes it goes away. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS..I hope the recall covers it
