Ceramic headers vs. stainless steel 93 EX

I know that ceramic is better for heat reduction but I'm not going to be racing but I do drive hard. So what do u guys think, ceramic or stainless steel??

well ceramic keeps in the heat from exhaust gas which you want so the pulesof the gases shhot out and creates like a vacumm but the stainless one gets rid of heat and causes the air to expand and slow down the vacumm pulling out the air cuase pulling out most of the old burned gas=more clean air+fuel can go in.
