wiper fluid leaking out the back

Hey guys I have a 97 blazer and whenever I replenish the wiper fluid in the main reservoir under the hood for some reason it starts leaking out the back. When I say leaking out the back I'm talking about leaking out the back end of the vehicle on the drivers side under the bumper. I don't know if maybe a line came disconnected or something but I looked under there and couldn't find the fluid line. If someone could please tell me where it's located I have a feeling that might be my problem.

I had the same problem with my 2000 Blazer.
I took off the panel on the inside of the rear hatch lifgate, and found that the fluid hose had popped off the barb fitting where it connects to the wiper mount. I just had to push it back on but I also put on a hose clamp to keep the hose from coming off again.

I have a 95 with the same problem. I will take off the panel when I get home and let you know what I find.
