95 grand prix wheel controls

My friend has a 95 grand prix and bought a new stereo so now his wheel controls for his factory stereo no longer work but he wants to know if there is any way to hook them up to his new stereo

i would like to know the answer to that too because i'm planning on taking out my stock stereo n i have steering wheel controls for my stock stereo
