squealer pin

I have a high-pitch noise coming from my front left tire when im around 20 mph on up. My cousin said this is the squealer pin. I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove it. Thanx.

your counsin is jerlin your chain, something is wrong, you need to find out what, the noise is a warning, ignore it and it will break .... at the most inopertune time ..... like too far from home to walk
