Anchorman

I thought it was ok. But honestly, i didn't laugh once. The retarded weatherman(i believe it was steven colbert) was the funniest aspect of the whole movie. IMO he stole the show. I usually find every movie i watch entertaining, but this one just kind of sucked for some reason.

Thanks for the heads up...I was considering going and seeing the movie, but not now.

I'll just wait for the dvd...and even then I'm not going to be the one buying it.

i laughed so much during that movie, i thought it was hilarious, stephen colbert did do a great job. plus there were alot of camio's: jack black, ben stiller, vince vaghn, christopher walken, and many more.....

I rarely go to see movies. I went and saw this one. It was HILARIOUS! The laughs really fell off about half way through the movie, and the ending was pretty lame, but the first half was pretty great.

I saw Anchorman last night and I thought it was one of the funniest movies I've seen this year. I'll probably be seeing it again this week. That movie was non-stop laughs.

I don't plan on watching it. For some reason the movie doesn't appeal to me at all.

I myself found it funny. It was plainly obvious that the mood of the film was funny-stupid. You know, stuff that's so ridiculous it's funny? And in that respect, I think it's done its job. I think I'll probably buy it when it comes out. It's definitely a movie to watch with friends. And I bet beer would make it even better (or marijuana, whatever floats your boat).

I went and saw this movie opening night. I found it very hilarious (nothing on Old School, but still funny.) I agree that Stephen Colbert stole the show. He was undoubtedly the funnest character throughout the movie. Movies like this are always funner the second time you see them. I give Anchorman a 7 out of 10...

I love the movie....slow at the beginning but killed me after.
I recommend all of you go watch it NOW! Definetly something to watch with a pack of friends (leave the girl at home for this one)

i personally thought it was funny as hell, kinda crappy ending but overall funny as hell. i personally think the phone booth scene was the best, but the weather man was pretty funny too

In short, it sucked really bad.

We hardly ever go to movies anymore. we bought a big screen tv a month ago and since movies go to video much quicker than they used to we just wait. Some movies, like LOTR, you had to do the theater. Prices also suck, they keep going up higher.

I dunno why, I used to look forward to movies starring former SNL stars, but I guess I just don't care too much these days.

A bunch of us went to the drive-in to see it and there was much alcohol provided... trust me, beer makes movies like Anchorman even funnier than what they already are. The greatest part... it was a double feature of 1) Anchorman and 2) Dodgeball. :iceslolan
