Can a Mass Air Flow be cleaned?

Can the MAF sensor or any other sensors be cleaned,IAC etc? Thanks

ive heard of people cleaning them successfully but i wouldnt attempt it with any solvents.......maybe a rag or dry cloth......heard it works and doesnt work, so you make the choice

i cleaned mine and it worked instantly... it then made me understand how important air is when dealing withe the operation of a car. I just clean mine with a product called "2 + 2" ... its like a choke/carb cleaner.

Yes I had to clean mine as the car would hesitate when I gave it a little gas. I replaced air/fuel filters, spark plugs, plug wires and nothing. However I cleaned the mass air flow and the car works great now, hopefully it lasts a while.
