Fast abs! Really work?

I tried this thing at a friends house last week. It had my arm and fingers going crazy. Does this thing really work? I am pretty thin already just would love to have something working the abs while watching tv or just sitting around whoring :)

Have you ever tried one of those things? ....Feels like little needles jabbing you. It suppose to make your muscles contract as if they were working.

My friend told me Bruce Lee used that method only with a car battery and real wires :p

I think its all BS..just like sicklude said, another way to make lazy people even lazier. If you want the fitness magazine cover models abs, youre gonna have to run like a racehorse, watch what you eat religiously, and/or take clen, which is illegal

The only way you're going to get good abs is by exercise and a VERY clean diet. There aint a shortcut I'm afraid.

Everyone wants a miracle but no one wants to work for it. You see these commercials for the "lose weight while you sleep pills"....you either get a placebo (something that doesn't work) or something that gives you mad runs.

Like FTO said, exercise and diet.
