Anyhelp plez?? 2000 expedition

um... thanks anyone for helping in advance
the passanger door wont unlock or lock all the time.
sometimes when i lock all the doors it wont lock but stay unlocked but also when i unlock the doors the same door also doesnt unlock? i have no idea wut is going on. and when i close the window it sounds like the window is going all the way up and not stoping and hitting something i dont think its normal but it might be??

also the back window wiper doesnt move when i turn the knob for it to wash the back window only water comes out and it doesnt wipe also when i turn it to wipe only it still doesnt move? would it be the motor or something??

Sounds like an electrical problem....possibly something in the fuses?

Have it looked at will be the best solution. I have no idea what the cost would be until you have it diagnosed.
