there were a few guys running these tiny ass batteries there too, i wonder how they work :eek7:

they work fine. EF_LSVtec has one, hasnt given him any problems til it started to get old. they just dont have as much CCAs as a big one. I plan to use one in my car when the turbo goes in.

I noticed on a lot of the cars that some people dont run timing belt covers. Why would you do something like that? Gotta love the racing harnesses that have no roll cages to attach to. Lots of nice looking cars tho. Thanks for the pics.

yep, they were all from michigan. i thought it was kinda neat tho, walking past them and all u see are green valve covers hehe, i wanna know how much boost the guy with the d15b2 is running tho :)

I need to do something about the engine bay, but in all honesty I'm just really scared because of all the wiring that was done. If had some money to pay someone to steam clean the block I would probably consider it. I don't really give a shit how it looks as long as it runs, but it would be nice to be able to at least see my block again to remember that its not just crusted engine oil below the head.

My hood sits on the valve cover that was a really shitty job in the first palce and the fiberglass melts into the valve cover. Oh well. :dunno:

EDIT2: I talked to the EF Honda guys a bit, a few of the guys with the ugly valve covers :) .. The guy with the red STD with ITR swap, it was a crazy sleeper. They gave me a sticker but I dunno if I want to put any stickers on my car unless someone is giving me stuff. I might rock it for a bit.

edit - they may have ugly valve covers, i dont even think its that bad, but at least they know no one is going to copy them
