'97 GS-T Cold Air Intake?

Do they make a cold air intake for a '97 GS-T? I looked on e-bay but the only ones they had were for non-turbo cars.

You are not going to have a cold air intake on a turbo car. Look into the Home depot intake on Kevins site or the write up that Joe made.

Somewhere, on this site I believe, I went through a whole write up about why we dont need cold air intake on turbo cars, or more accurately intercooled turbo cars. BUT, on a FMIC reducing intake temps can be helpful because of the low efficiency of the stock intercooler. With a FMIC, I wouldnt spend too much time with it. I just pull my pass side headlamp at the track :D You can also get creative with 4" flexible metal ducting. Not the flimsy shyte foil dryer crap, the real ducting stuff from your local Home Depot/Lowes. Its fleixible, but rigid. I did such a setup, and I should post some pics on my site one of these days...

Just curious, whats an FMIC?

That would be a Front Mount Intercooler. It's an intercooler that sits right behind the air dam in your front bumper, allowing more cool air to pass through the intercooler to increase it's effeciency!
