Most of the time when I stop, I can hear the gas in my tank swishing back and forth pretty hard. It's considerably loud. Is there a cause for concern here?

Are you sure its the Gas and not some water trapped somewhere else. Seems kind of odd that you'd be able to hear that through all the insulation & carpet.

It doesn't sound like anything "Solid" is sloshing around in there does it. If I rember correctly... gas tanks have baffles in them to prevent the gas from "sloshing" around when braking & Cornering. I'd think that if your baffles came loose then you'd hear them hitting.

OH... Does your gas gauge move when you hear this noise... It should if the gas is moving around that much.

I'd check your spare tire compartment for water... Have seen more than a few of these cars with that area full of water.... Just a suggestion. :2cents:

Good luck.
