Transmission help please

Hello, 94 4.6 thunderbird. Auto trans. All wires are hooked up. will not shift into any gear at all none. does need some fluid. will put that in there. Is there supposed to be a vaccum hose on trans I cant find it on this one. I looked everywhere. TPS will it ruff idle if you need a new TPS. Thanks

tranny is all electric, no vacuum hoses on 94+. How low is the fluid? It could cause it. I changed my fluid one day and drained the torque converter but I hadn't bought enough fluid, (was about a quart low). There was about a 5 second delay when changing gears, and the car would barely move. Had to buy some from nearest convenience store, ran fine afterwards.
