remote/power locak module/panel on door problem

Anyone has the diagnostic procedure?
Anyone has insight on common cause?
Symptoms:
1) Keyless Remote can only open the driver door BUT not all doors on second click of remote button
2) System will lock all doors once inside but the pushing unlock button on the door/module will only unlock the driver door but the buttom works to lock all door.
3) Remote can lock all doors
4) Probably bcause of the above,alarm will appear on but will NOT function
5) additional info: Left front door lock cannot be opened with the key as if the linkage is off. No resistance on the key.
Story: When unplug the two wiring connectors underneath the panel and connect back, all doors will lock at that instant and after that, all old symptoms are still there.
Put on a new module/panel - same behavior as above.
Dealer has not looked at it due out of warranty.
