voltage regulator plug

OK we figured out that the alternator is hooked up correctly except for the voltage regulator plug. It seems to be missing completely from the bundle of wires that run over the radiator. What we need to know is where the white/bk wire and the light green w/ a red stripe and yellow w/ a white stripe go from the regulator plug. Any help?
