Help please

my 95 Esi is running really bad lately. When the car is at idle it sounds like it is going to die, but never does. The engine just putts alot. Also, when i turn the A/C on there is a loud breathing sound that is coming from the intake i think. What could be the problem??

I pulled out the spark plugs to see if that is the problem, and the plugs look fine. Only thing that got me was that the plugs were covered in oil....? Is that normal or what?

sounds like you could have a loose or cracked vacaum line. check all the connections and if in doubt replace it or wire tie it tight

where are the vacuum lines???

all over the engine lol. just check all the rubber hoses for cracks

well i checked all the lines and they seem to be all good. You think my car just needs a tune up? Cause i think it is due one....

yea do a tune up. clean the throttle body and all that crap

yea i had a problem like that. all did the whole tune up i changed all the regular maintenece like plugs, plug wires, oil, etc. and it turned out it was juss that. do that first and if its not that....then at least u know its not that. lol
