stick with the b16 manifold ive read that it is one of the best... the type r isnt really that much different

Maybe im wrong but i thought i read that one of the most restrictive parts on a b16 was the intake manifold. :eek7:

skunk2 intake manifold is decent right? and doesnt effect emissions
