1995 deville serpentine belt

The serpentine belt on my 4.9 1995 Deville is rubbing against my water pump housing and destroying the belt. I have had to put a new belt on every week lately. I have replaced the crank pulley and water pump and water pump pulley along with the idler pulleys.

The only thing I can think of is that the AC compressor pully has moved for some reason. Anybody out there seen this problem? I am befuddled.
