CAI Installation Instructions?

My cold air intake finally came in yesterday and with it came no instructions. I have never installed a CAI but dont want to pay someone to do it because it seems there isn't much to it. Does anyone know of a link or where i can find some help?

I pretty much have everything installed, i just need to know how to install the, i guess its called the heat shield. On one website it said to use the bolt that held the factory air box, but the bolt holes aren't lining up underneath the fenderwell.
