Serpentine belt(drive belts)

just got done replacinng my harmonic banalancer and now its time for the belts to go back on and it aint happenin. i looked for some kind of tensioner and couldnt find one. i also looked the hinge bolt on the alternator but it moves up not down so that wont help. any other suggestions. ive been told theres a spring load tensioner but i cant see it
