Swiss Chees Exhaust

Notice that I have a little more noise over bumps recently and while washing my burb noticed the exhaust tip at funny angle. Low and behold the hanger rusted through and the exhaust is supported by cross beam and other hangers. My question is this the cat back is a Xlerator and is said to have a lifetime warranty. Is it worth going after the manufacturer since previous owner installed?
If not any opinions to a corrosion resistant and Maryland IM approved cat back (or full exhaust)?
