Currently I wanted to detail the cheap looking engine bay and lower the car. So far I got the engine bay pretty much done, but I'm having issues lowering the car safely.

*edit* took out pics for those 56K users ;)

Here's the intercooler built using the tutorial http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59570

http://img56.photobucket.com/albums/v171/Jamesl/intercooler.jpg

I've cut apart the part holding the wheels and put extra plastic to lower the fronts

Finally finished...

I slightly lowered the front end and put in the intercooler.

Enjoy

Looks good, only the intercooler doesn't look like it's in straight. Could you give us a more detailed tutorial on how you managed to lower the car? If so that would be great

Thanks

Hell yeah if there's anything I really want to do to both of my FnF Supras, it's lowering them.

I will fix the crooked intercooler :p

As for lowering the front, cut off the pieces as shown above, except don't glue anything to them. Then shave the pieces extending from the fender (more = lower) and then glue the cut off pieces back and you're all set.

here's a diagram.

This is for lowering the front part only
http://img56.photobucket.com/albums/v171/Jamesl/drawign.bmp

after shaving the extending pole, glue the cut off piece back on and it will be lower.
