Do you have a boost gauge or are you going off of your stock one? The reason I ask is because The factory boost gauges can be way off. Also Check your accuator on your turbo and see if it is stuck open

I have the digital dash and not lights are showing up but I hear the turbo spooling. Can I test the accuator. I replace all the vaccumm hoses.

Check y0our connection on the little solnoid that is on located about the middle of the passenger side fender. check that. and see if it is good or not. Also check your MAF. If it is not working properly, You chip automaticly defaults to a preset curve (Limp home mode.) and it will not support the right fuel to promote proper spool up. If the MAF is bad, Just go buy the translator setup and the LS1 MAF. It is more expensive but, it is worth it in the long run.
