what would anyone suggest i do for a electric super charger i i want mroe power but cheap

1psi boost for $350 is a rippoff, you could do a junkyard turbo and get 8psi boost for probably 50 bucks more.

Nitrous is not cheep, have you ever priced a kit? As for the MPFI look in these forums classifieds, I baught the entire setup minus the distributor for $60 last week (damn postal service...)

well with the ammount of air the leaf blower puts out (which mine is strong as hell) and the small motor (1.5L) you should feel something. i would say mine is like 3psi ... lol im not going to try tho i kinda need a car to drive to work/school/play.
and for the electric sc its like a boat blower ... honda tuning or some mag did it and they took a hammer to it b/c it slowed them down on top end cuz its restrictive after a point...

well im nt osticken no boat blower on there i mstick a big motor state can pump probably around 700 cfm and 27000 rpm's so it will pump out alot mroe air the a boat blower

Why not build your own, you can those fans I'm sure of it, then all you need to do is wire a switch to turn it on a WOT..

i wanted to buy this leaf blower at walmart just for kicks and try and rig it to my intake. That thing is supposed to blow at 215 mph and thats pretty damn fast but then i realized what a waste of $60 it was. But a 2 piece cold air intake instead, youll feel much more power and throttle response from that and less of a hassle from trying to install it.

A cold air intake won't make u feel "much more power" like Hilikus said...you will get a few hp, but not too much.

And I agree with Chris, this thread sux.

How about putting moth balls in the gas tank, that will crank up your octane level and give you more power.. :) :) :) :)

so your gonna spend a bunch of money on a s/c and exhaust for one motor, and then go out and buy another motor and put a turbo on it?
i would wait and get the new motor and build it up while its out of the car. and dont to s/c and exhaust on this motor because your going to be replacing all of that any way...

Skip the 'small' supercharger, and go for V-Tec stickers. YOull definatly be bad ass then.

i would jsut save the money, cause i doubt youll even feel the difference with the electric supercharger. plus you realize that the DX fuel injection system isnt made to do that much HP, so its goin to be holding you back frmo power. it would be much more wise just to put the money towards the new engine or MPFI fuel injection.

Anyway, you should learn to form more complete sentences and spell a bit better. You cant offend me. Also, you just want the fucking electric supercharger, your hoping somoene will agree with you. Im pretty sure that no one, at least anyone that has an IQ of over 50, will agree with you.

Though, electronics and things that operate on electricity are in the future. An electric supercharger is laughable now because the gains are small as compared to a real one. When things like the Prius and other hybrids become standard, electric superchargers and things of that nature will be part of that aftermarket development. All everyone is saying is dont waste your money on something that wont help you. Im sure alot of these guys can admit to falling for something like the Tornado, or Fuel additves or whatever in thier time. And they will tell you how much money they really wasted on dumb shit. Same thing, they are really being helpful.

hahaha 400 dollar race bike, i had rims on my race bike that cost more then that, back when i raced and was sponsered by my dad's bud's carpet business my bike cost me 1500 dollars and weighed in at 13.3 pounds.
