5speed transmission

any shed some light on or give me some new ideas ...........before i go again and tear it out ,,,,,,,sounds like somethins loose up in the bell housin looks like the pressure plates not turnin in an exact circle.....trucks runnin in nuetral.........slave cylinder is away from bell housin throw out bearing away from clutch and arm too......replaced the pilot bearing ...replaced the clutch and pressure plate .....had flywheel resurfaced........had transmission rebuilt ........somethin just aint right.........................any ideas,,,,,,,,anyone ever heard of the shaft of transmission bent heck im just guessin
