question ab aviators...?

I need help making my picture smaller...i really do not know how to do it!

I usually do it in Photoshop or MS Paint

open it in paint then go to "image" "resize", set it to pixels, then adjust accordingly...easiest way I figure...

I think we should be allowed to have a larger size with the same format :D
