When I hit the brakes on my 2001 Caravan I feel a lot of vibration on the brake pad. It's worse when traveling at high speeds. I've already had the rotors turned but it hasn't corrected the problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Does the vibration go to the steering wheel as well? If so, then it is the rotors and they might not have turned them well when you took them in last. Make sure to have the pads replaced as well since the old pads may have been worn unevenly and might be part of the cause as well.
I took my car in once for breaks only since it was winter time and I didn't have a garage to do them myself. They apparently surface the rotors for free, but when I got the car back it was rattling a lot, which it wasn't doing before I took it in. They resurfaced them again and they were fine. So just make sure that the person doing the resurfacing knows what they are doing. Also, note that the more they resurface, the more they take away from the rotor, and eventually you'll have to get new rotors to remain within specs.
Hope this helps a little.
