89 grand prix steering wheel removal

i have a 89 grand prix with the radio controls in the steering wheel . how do i get the steeering wheel off to repllace the turn signall

i don't have radio cntrls on my steering wheel but there is a piece in the center of the steering wheel take that off, then there is a brass clip followed by a nut then take it off. should be all there is to it
