2003 Trunk

Anyone else have a problem with their trunk in a 2003 Cavalier? The plastic piece seems to be damaged and the lock seems to be quite loose inside (can almost turn the whole lock 360 degrees). Is this easy to fix?

hmm I always here a noise when I close my trunk like something is broken and simply rattling around in my tail light. I've also already ahd to have a new taillight set up becasue the other had my turn signle out every 2 months.
