http://photochop.net its actually pretty darn good. It is only new, so so far theres only small amount of members but the dude who owns it is very open to suggestions and so forth, so its well worth joining upto.

Also theres some nice tutorials, some of which i have made, and they are pretty basic and teach things well.

Yeah, its a damn good site, I made some tutorials too, so its worth a register and ofcoarse bring your friends in too :)
