2001 BMW 325i?????

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the forum and had a quick question for the experts! I currently have a deposit down on a 2001 BMW 325i (Certified Pre-Owned) with a little over 17,000 miles on it. I got the dealership down to $24,000. Is this a good deal for the year and mileage? Anyone have any major problem with this particular year/model? The car looks and runs great. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
