suspension lubrication

what parts of the suspension should be lubricated and at what time interval? my crx is squeaking more frequently recently and i just bought some lithium grease from napa which i hope to utilize on those squeaky parts. thank you in advance.

my 4 door squeeks over speed bumps so i wanna know also...
