One common theme of psychopaths; brutal violent criminals is that they aboused and tortured animals when they were younger. They have no sense of conscionce and empathy for others. Chances are this kid is going onto bigger criminal activities

Such were the sentiments of one San Angelo resident left “devastated” by a video showing an alleged act of animal abuse that one seasoned official has called “absolutely disgusting.” The footage in question appears to show two local 17-year-olds—Joshua Johnson and Kevin Wright—using a skateboard to repeatedly bludgeon a hapless stray dog lying motionless by a vending machine. Local officials could not say whether the dog, who may have been dealt fatal blows across her face and neck by Johnson and Wright, was ever found.

I am in no way, shape or form condoning what was done to that dog, it was a horrible thing to be done to any living being. But, at any rate, I feel that must point out 2 things, the first being that the dog did not necessarily die from the skateboard blow, as that article stated the dog could not be found. And secondly, as I'm sure you guys are not serious about finding and killing/injuring these kids, but at the same time, do realize that IF you did hunt down and beat these 2 kids, YOU WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT FROM THEM. Picking on defensless beings, that's only what dictators and madmen do.

I personally take offense when the life of an animal is put over that of a human. Before you go off calling me a madman or an evil person, let me explain to you why. My father was a firefighter in our city F.D. In his earlier years with the department, he responded to house fire in which he was told that someone was still inside. My father forced his way into the house, trudging through looking for this missing 'person', finding no one. While checking the lower levels of the house, the ceiling caved in over him. Anyone with a firefighting background knows that ceiling collapse+basement+firefighter under all of it typically equals a dead firefighter. The only reason my Dad made it out alive was because a water pipe burst in the ceiling collaspe, keeping the fire away from him while the other crews worked to free him. After all this, my father partially burned and with a fractured leg and a broken arm and wrist, finds out that he went into a fully involved conflaguration in search of a dog that had escaped through his 'doggy door' in the kitchen and ran into an adjoining back yard. But I guess to you guys, it would have been a worthy sacrifice for me to lose my father at about 3 years of age for no good reason?

Thats a different situation. I also believe that a human's life is more important than an animals. But this is for a different reason that what had happened to your father. I'm 100% positive no one would kill these kids but would confront them and ask about the situation. Our general idea is that these brainless scum would respond with violence/ignorence since they thought the beating of the dog was hilarious.

The moment that skateboard hit the dog is the moment he became a mere animal. Yes beating him to death would bring me down to his level but ya know what? I honestly don't give a fuck.

That video was distrubing. However, people need to know that this kind of BS happens. The shock value of seeing something like that video has prevents people from having sympathy for assholes like that when they are on trial. At least I hope. I would love to see what would happen to those punks in prison.

Damn, Great another thing to bring skaters down. I watched the video and Im fuckin pist. I didnt wana watch it but some reason I had to see if it was someone ive seen. This made me give my dogs even more food and rubs behind the ear ( yah yah I sound gay lol but who cares)..

Well, I do have to agree its one of the worst videos i've ever seen. But don't think I posted this here for no good reason. I posted it here so people can voice their opinion. So, people can see what this world is really like, and maybe push people into doing good things, treating their animals better than this kid did. Sure, people might dislike the sight of the video, but if its made even one person rethink they way he or she treats her pet, then thats already an accomplishment in itself.

For Example:
I'm gonna give my mom's dogs and even my horses a big hug tomorrow!! Mabee that will make me feel better about seeing that!!
