The dealership mechanics says I've got a leaky water pump and the gasket needs to be replaced. What would be a reasonable cost to replace a gasket/including labor?

Maybe 350-400?

If you have not changed out the timing belt I would do that too since it is all open. Also, if your up close to 100k I would think about putting in a new water pump too.

Dealership mechanic also recommended change of timing belt while eveything is open. But I'm only at 60k. He said water pump is working, just need to replace gasket. You're right, he said a few hundred dollars mainly due to labor.
