Help!!!!!

I'm beating my head against the wall & I could really use some help. My 97 sporty has lost the will to go forward. Extreme loss of power, boggs down & will only accelerate when the throttle is in one position. Any more, it boggs, any less it crawls. Could it be the pre-cat is clogged? or perhaps a fuel filter prob? any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might want to try the O2 sensor. That can cause pretty serious power loss. Gives you a place to start, anyway.

Well as it turns out, I have no pre cat. The problem was the post cat was clogged. I replaced it & the problem has gone away.
