really need help w/my d16a1 swap ASAP!!!!!!

hey guys,
k, me and my bro are going to do the d16a1 engine swap into my 86 crx. but i really have no idea what this is going to take! has anyone already done the swap, and could help me out? k, ive heard that this is an easy swap and the engine mounts straight onto the stock(si) tranny,true? what all am i going to need?please help me ASAP.......walking to work SUCKS!

No, the D16A1 does not bolt to the Civic transmission. You will also need the Integra trans, shift linkage, axles and steering knuckles. The D16A1 will run off of the Civic SI ECU, but for more performance you can also swap in the Integra ECU. Also think about swapping the brakes while you're at it.

Thanks guys. this swap is going to be more expensive then i thought so now im thinking about fixing my stock motor.help me?please! ok.....uggh, where to start. when i got the car the camshft was snapped, so we replaced the head, camshaft, valves,cam gear,and headgasket. so me and my bro thought that we had fixed the problems.....but now it smokes(white smoke),backfires, has water in the oil, and leaks oil! im not sure where to start. does it sound like my block is cracked? could it be anything else besides the block? please help me

bad head gasket. very slight chance of a cracked head but that's very uncommon with honda's
