My 1985 corolla GTS died on me the other day. It sounded like it was not getting fuel so i just replaced the fuel pump. Unfortunatly the motor turns over perfectly but it still wont start. I have a good spark, and the timing chain is OK, but it sounds like the gas is not getting to the motor. Is the any electronic fuel injection computer that could be at fault? Could it be some fuel injection relay? if so please tell me what I need to look for and where?

I found that if I completly block off any air going into the intake manfold, the car runs for a few seconds and then dies. i think it is only running on the cold start injector, what would make the other 4 not function? could it be the AFM or i dont know if it would be the EFI main relay because then wouldnt the fuel pump not work? or how could my timing suddenly go bad?
