my z32 does that every once and a while. but i just wiggle my wheel and it unlocks. i woud just start wiggling anything and just try sliding the key in and out a few times.

Perv...:p

My old Z was REALLY bad about that...as the key gets older, the little peaks and vallies that make up the key and turn the tumblers in the ignition get worn down. On top of that, the key can start to twist a little from you trying to make it turn...be careful of this. Over time, the key will start to not work so great. I was pretty much the only person that could start my other Z because of this. If you move the key around while trying to turn it and turn the wheel off the steering lock, it'll be easier for you.

well if it is an automatic. try moving the shifter back and forth. my key will not come out unless i pull back on the shifter a little bit. the locking mechanism for park is a worn. that is my guess. and u cant take the key out unless its in park
