b18 internals

hey all, i've read the other thread named "internals" but my situation is a little different. I am building a b18b from a 92 ls. I don't want to do a gsr head swap anymore. I want to build this engine up n/a, and hoping to get around 180-200hp. One of the main things i'm concerned aobut is the reliability of the engine. It's my daily driver, so i need to have it reliable or i can't get to work. Also, will i have to sacrafice the power steering and air conditioning i currently have in my car. By the way, this car is a 1995 honda civic. Thanks in advance for all your help.

im not sure about canada but most places here in the U.S. its not legal to swap in a motor from a donor that is older than the receiver

i don't really know, and i don't really care..haha, no, i'm just kiddin, i'm pretty sure it is legal, but i still havne't recieved and feedback as to which parts to replace and with which brands, so if anyone can help it will be much appreciated.
