Running Extremely Rough

1995 s10 4 cylinder
Seems like it's running on two cylinders. This was an instant problem. Does this engine ues a coil or an ignition pack per 2 cylinders?

there are 2 packs per four pistions so 2 pistons per pack.

change both coil packs that way you don't have to thick about which one is bad
