rb26 in 89 silvia s13

I'll have the money in about 2 months, is this possible?
How hard is it to do something like this?

What all do i Need?
-engine
-tranny
-ecu
-wiring harness

anything else?

its possible... i have seen it done... but its extremely stupid.... get a rb25.... cheaper and ur car will be controllable becoz ull get less torque from single turbo 2.5 litre.....

by the way what are u planning on using ur car 4 ???

so your thinking a rb26 is over kill?

WAY overkill... the only time ive seen em is in japanese silvias trying to break street tyred drag records... so if their silvias are running super low 9's on street tyres then no way... what do u have in it now? because i would go sr20 or rb20 or at most rb25 but i reckon for u rb20 is best... they hold together better once u start putting power 2 them.. and they are cheap so u can spend up on parts and the rest of ur car...

dont forget, silvia weighs a bit over 1100kg (2400lb).... GTR's weigh between 1400kg (3100lb) and 1500kg (3300lb). so u really dont need that much power... sticking an rb26 will put too much weight over the front wheels and so will an rb25 probably. i say rb20 is you best bet.

I love your avater szczecinek its really nice. I think Top Secret did something like that to an S13 Silvia. But I wouldnt do it with an RB26, I would go with the S15 enigine.
