Clutch Question

I have a 92' S-10 with a 2.8 litre & a 5 speed tranny, the truck has 108,000 miles on it with no problems as of now. My question is that the clutch releases almost all the way at the top upon release, the clutch does not slip, make any noises, no vibrations at all. Is this the normal position of the clutch release point? With the full hydraulic system in it, which by the way has no leaks at all, I see no adjustment anywhere on it. Would perhaps bleeding the system change the release point, or would this just help for it not working at all ? To the best of my knowledge, it is the factory clutch in it, and I don't mind changing it out, if it will release better, but don't want to do all of this work, only to wind up where I'm at now. I thank you in advance for any and all assistance in this matter.

i have a 97 that releases at the same point with a brand new borg warner. i just have a little play on top. maybe a half-inch or so. bleeding, the hydraulic set-up is self bleeding, for the most part.
