Well a while back i got into a minor accident were my axle and my control arm were bent so i fixed it.But theres still a problem the tire is still bent back an inch towards the fender.I was wondering how i could fix that could i fix it by adjusting the toe and if so how do u do that?

You basically gotta figure out what part it is thats bent. The guy that owned my car before me must have gone into a ditch or something and my right front wheel is back a couple inches into the well too. I found out that my lower control arm and dampener fork are twisted.

Pushed back towards the fender which way? Top, front of car, rear of car?

You would adjust toe on an alignment rack during an alignment process by turning the outer tie rods. http://www.binghamtonlife.com/manual/2gsm/images/91-18-5.jpg

..try taking off both wheels...snap a pic of either side..then compare and see if anything looks different... (i.e. bent)... or take it to get aligned and see what they say..
