AC runoff problems?

Carpet is soaked in the passenger side floor board. It seems when ever I run the AC I start seeing leakage in the carpet. Could this be a ac runoff problem? I checked the end of the runoff tube and it seemed to be clear of debris. Any suggestions would be great.
