I am lookin to buy an Integra, but i have no idea which one is good... I am intrested in the 1998 GSR .. but i dont think it has it in automatic. Since this will be my first car, i have no idea of what model to get. What is the difference in the GSR and the LS ? and is the Difference big? Thanx for your help...

the difference between the GSR and LS is that the GSR has a VTEC motor which gives it about 30 more HP than the LS. GSR will be your best bet if your looking for a car than can be pretty quick with some bolt on's. i wish i had a GSR =/ or even better a Type R

the 98 and up integras look much better than the 94-97 integra's (bigger headlights, more aggressive looking front and rear bumpers, all red tailights) but the 94 and 95 GSR's will have more HP than the 96 and up because they're not OBD II equipped.

if i can do it all over again, i would get a GSR instead of my LS.

If you are looking for performance, than yes, I would also go with the GSR. If you are just going for looks wich I assume because you want automatic. I would go with the LS, RS, or GS. They don't have the VTEC head, but will come with leather, sunroof, ect..... If your are going for speed, you should consider a manual transmission.

This guy seems to like to bounce around the forum putting down hondas, in people's threads. Ok, why don't you name a car for the price of a gsr that is as fast and as reilable. Right you cant. It don't mean jack if you have a fast car that is going to be breaking down at 150k. And ya, sure there are lots of faster cars out there, but keep in mind that lots of people like integras and civics becasue they are both good looking, and relativily quick, not to mention the huge aftermarket support honda has. Also another point. all these faster cars that you are talking about, ya what kind of gas milage do thoseg get. Take a gt mustang for example, they are not much faster than a gsr, but are they going to run as long....no, are they going to get anywhere neer the 36mpg a integra gets.....NO! my point exactally (not meaning to bash on mustangs or anything, I like them as well, and almost bought a newer gt, but the gas prices are murder!) Really dont you have something better to do with your worthless life than to come on hear and bash on peoples cars. What are you 13 or something!!

well the gsr trim doesn't come in an auto tranny
if you want an automatic tranny, your only choices are the ls/gs/rs line up
