Should i buy this integra

its a 95 acura integra GSR for 4,500. the only problem is that it has 126,000 miles on it. should i consider buying it or what? tell me what yall think. later

hmm...lots of miles but integras are long lasting cars, i say go for it. Try getting a better price, around 4k or lower!

What condition is it in? Does it have mods or money invested in it? Is it what you realy want? You should take all these things into consideration before setting a price.

i called the guy this morning. its sold. i was a lil disappointed. im probably just going to stay with my LS because i cant really find a grs for a decent price. and im planning to go turbo. arent the LS's better for turbos?

uh, actually a gsr can run a 15 flat bone stock. and with a extremely good driver and some good tires, they can even hit 14's. Just because your car wasn't reliable doesn't mean that the rest arn't. Honda motors are known for being some of the best motors built. I have seen gsr's with well over 350k still running strong. If they are kept up they will run for a long time. Why don't you do us all a favor and never get back on this forum. We don't need people like you around! also sorry to hear that the car went. If the body was in good shape, and the interior, I would have said go for it, that is a pretty decent deal! oh well. good luck.

Ya, people swap h22's into integras and civic's all the time. I personally wouldn't do it. They are heavy, and their trannys are absolute crap! The motor it's self is a great motor, but for the price to swap you could make your gsr or ls motor way faster than if you swapped the duce duce in, and they would handle better due to the lighter motor.

I think handling would be pretty even the NSX is rear wheel drive mid engine & the S4 has quattro witch is 20 years of all wheel drive the cars handle amazing

So that is your opinion. I too like the S4. But I still like the NSX more. But that is just my opinion. As it is my opinion that integras and civics look good. That is why I choose to drive one. They are decently fast, and very reliable with good gas milage as well. You are intitled to your opinion that you don't like honda's, and you have voiced it, now that we have all herd it, why don't you stay out of the honda/acura section. Really what is the point of you being in here. Just so you can tell people that their cars are POS, and ricer! Don't you have something better to do with your life. Most of us on here joined so that we can learn more about the cars we drive, to gain better knowledge and understanding of them. And for advice on them. Not to sit here and listen to immature little punks like you self bash on our cars and us. So please do us all a favor and get out of this forum. just trying to get u guys to wake up and relize these cars arn't fast they arn't relible look at the previous posts oil burning 2000 type R thats doesn't sound to relible to me I used to have a GSR thing burn't more oil then gas the trim level was very cheap looking now that i have moved over to the german side much happier just trying to get everybody else to do the same

Do us a favor and go look at the JD Power reliability ratings for Acura, then look at VW. Then shut the hell up before you get yourself banned (not that that would be an entirely bad thing, mind you).

And for your information, my gsr has not lost a drop of oil while I've owned it.

First, Honda's are more than just speed and reliability. There is a style and level of respect gained when building a good honda engine. There is a reason the most popular import cars are from Japan. VW makes a good power plant, but have you ever tried to do engine work on them. The aftermarket is not only small, but costly$ Labor alone on a engine rebuild could cost you more than most honda parts. If your a big German car fanatic, then I could understand, but otherwise, I see no point in buying one to build up for speed. And yes, you can buy them fast stock (S4), but where is the pride in that??????????........fISH
